Four-State Area
The part of the Midwest where the states of Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma meet is known as the Four-State Area. Within a short distance of each other, EaglePicher has established manufacturing facilities across this region in Joplin, MO, Seneca MO and Pittsburg, KS. Joplin, the most centrally located city in the Four-State Area, is also home to one of EaglePicher’s R&D Technology Centers.

Joplin, MO
Joplin is located in the southwestern corner of Missouri. Situated on historic Route 66, Joplin has a rich selection of fun things to do and see. It is full of great museums, beautiful parks, family-friendly activities and amazing artists. Joplin also has one of the lowest costs of living in all of Missouri.

Seneca, MO
Seneca is a rural community located about 25 minutes southwest of Joplin along the Missouri/ Oklahoma state line about 5 miles upstream from the Grand Lake of the Cherokees. Pittsburg, KS

St. Louis, MO
EaglePicher’s headquarters is located in the city of Clayton which is recognized throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area for an outstanding quality of life. Clayton combines a bustling downtown with quite, secure residential neighborhoods. Clayton is just west of the city of St. Louis and is the hub of metropolitan St. Louis and the seat of St. Louis County. Clayton’s central location and convenient access to several interstates place it within minutes of just about anywhere in the St. Louis region. Named after Greenwich, England this quaint New England town was formed in 1677 and is the birthplace of the Navy. This Rhode Island facility provide EaglePicher the opportunity to be in close proximately to the hub of undersea technology personnel and knowledge located in the Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island area.
Steeped in history, this city is known for its waterfront that boasts many restaurants, bars and clubs and its downtown business district. East Greenwich Cove has ample boat parking and there is a public dock good for fishing and eating. The area is also home to Goddard Memorial State Park, which has many beaches including Sandy Point and easy access from East Greenwich Cove.
