EaglePicher Technologies is searching for the next Program Manager in defense to add to our team! 

We are looking for a motivated, self-starter that is willing to work hard, lead, and direct projects to successful completion on time and within a budget.  

Job Responsibilities will include but not limited to: 

      Plan, resource, and execute the project/program business plan in support of the SBU.

·       Manage program through the Stage Gate process if required
·       Develop and manage detailed project schedules
·       Manage program budget, understand costs, perform CSR as required
·       Forward facing position, serves as primary customer liaison/interface
·       Ensures accurate reporting of contract status as required
·       Identifies project issues and assign risk
·       Coordinates with internal stakeholders to successfully resource requirements
·       Perform budget analysis, revenue generation, orders forecasting for assigned program/s
·       Develop and execute opportunity capture strategies in support of SBU pipeline

Key Objectives:
Management of Cost, Schedule, and performance of assigned program, risks and margin preservation.

Contribution to SBU Revenue and Bookings Plan

Hiring Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Demonstrated results leading activites in support of: 
      Program Management, Supply Chain Management, ERP System Reporting, Contract    Management, Operations.

Hiring Preferences
Background/experience in batteries/electro chemistries or power electronics
Proficiency with MS Office Suite of products and MS Project
Program/Project Management experience
Customer Service oriented

Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
