ABOUT THE POSITION

The Financial Analyst will provide direct support for all FP&A and certain accounting efforts as assigned by the Manager of FP&A and Manager of Accounting, respectively. These responsibilities primarily include financial analysis, annual planning, preparing reports, and assisting with close processes. The role will cover maintenance of the corporate bookset, as well as consolidated financial reporting and analyses, and will interact with all levels of employees.

Responsibilities

Your core responsibilities will be to:

  • Prepare entries with required support and sign offs for the corporate bookset
  • Maintain monthly account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations, for the corporate bookset
  • Review capital expenditure requests for appropriate accounting treatment
  • Prepare month, quarter, and year-end consolidated financial reporting
  • Prepare consolidated fluctuation analysis on revenue and margin
  • Prepare operating reporting on orders, invoices, R&D, capital expenditures, etc., as required
  • Provide assistance with the annual budgeting process and revised forecasts
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you must:

  • U.S. Persons
  • BS in Finance and/or Accounting
  • 0-3+ years’ experience as a Financial Analyst or Accountant
  • Strong PC and analytical skills (including Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Integrated ERP system experience a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organization and communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
  • Highly financially literate
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively under tight time constraints, and multi-task on various projects
  • Familiar with, or can quickly become familiar with, the company’s operations and strategy
  • Takes a proactive approach, is energetic and works with a sense of urgency
  • Develops effective working relationships with all levels, functions, and operations of the company
  • Focuses on continuous improvement of processes
