Positions start at 16.33 an hour, and are eligible for a shift differential as well as an increase after 90 days.  These positions are also benefit-eligible day one, and are eligible for a 401k employer match.  

Job Summary
Position will support the manufacture of cell and battery assembly at the Crossroads facility.  Highest quality manufacturing and work will be in accordance with company policies, procedures and industry standards.  Responsibilities to include but limited to manufacture of cell and battery assemblies such as spot-welding, and mixing and pouring of adhesives and pottings.

Job Responsibilities:
Ongoing responsibilities include upholding "best practice" procedures for achieving company objectives with Manufacturing and for maintaining high standards of control in the following main areas:
  • Must be able to read and understand drawings and process procedures
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Excellent record of attendance and reliability
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and quality
  • Suggest safety, quality and production recommendation for continuous improvement
  • Perform product quality self-inspections
  • General knowledge of tools and parts assembly
  • Team player who works well with co-workers

Hiring Requirements:
  • Min 3 years in manufacturing environment
  • Results focused

  • Excellent Interpersonal and team building/working skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adjust quickly to changing production needs
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • High school diploma/GED
