The Financial Cash Analyst (Treasury) will be responsible for:

· Managing cash balances amongst multiple banks and currencies for optimization of cash balances

· Responsible for performing daily cash activities, including the following:

o Review and balance all cash accounts

o Transfer cash to and from accounts

o Borrow or pay down the revolving loan daily

· Review and release manual wire and ACH payments

· Prepare weekly summary of cash activity

· Analyze and monitor all bank fees charged to the company

· Ensure that appropriate controls exist within the treasury management function

· Provide monthly reporting information to multiple business units regarding fees and receipts

· Maintain relationships with bank service providers

· Act as administrator for users’ access requirements and online services

· Manage data requirements for annual insurance renewals

· Ad hoc reporting for external/internal users including income statement & balance sheet components



  • 3+ years relevant experience in treasury, finance or accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in related field


  • Accountable – Daily responsibilities must be handled timely and appropriate communication with management regarding planned or other absences required
  • Organized – Ability to organize responsibilities that occur on a less frequent basis but still require timely attention
  • Responsive – Responsibilities involving user access and manual wires require timely responses
  • Ability to communicate to a variety of departments clearly, listen, and respond to others
  • Possess analytical skills and apply these skills to solve problems and resolve issues
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and comfortable accessing banking information online
