EaglePicher supports college students by offering paid internships during the summer. Student interns must meet the qualifications of being an upper level student having completed at least 60 credit hours and either completed or pursuing a university degree. We are looking for energetic, reliable, motivated, and dedicated interns who excel at what they do. In past years, we’ve hired interns for Engineering, Marketing, Research & Development, Product Development, Medical Technology, Information Technology, and Human Resources.
Rest assured that our interns do not fetch and tote coffee for our senior staff. Each intern is paired with a mentor who assigns one or two meaningful and challenging projects relevant to the intern’s field of study. Throughout the 12-week program, our mentors immerse students in daily activities and responsibilities allowing them to work side-by-side with our staff to achieve collaborative objectives. At the end of the program, the interns formally present their experience and projects to our leadership and executive staff.
